Great PSU!
This is a very good substitute/upgrade from a PicoPSU. From hands on observations, the build quality is higher than the PicoPSU's, as is the component quality. I prefer the HDPlex design using an ATX extender cable to a separate board, rather than having the PSU board sitting directly on the ATX connector. This helps alleviate any clearance issues in tight builds. I bought this in Feb '15 but didn't get around to my build until June or July. Initially, I could not get this PSU to work with my mobo/cpu. I emailed the vendor about this and he informed me that this version would not work with my mobo, and he'd gladly refund, and sent me a prepaid USPS mailing label. He also mentioned that a future version would support my mobo. I asked when it would be available, and he said "next month". I told him I'd wait for that if he would exchange. "No problem" he said (his name being Larry, good guy). The newer version board is the one shown here (as of this review date). It worked perfectly. I prefer this PSU vs one that relies on the power brick to supply 12v. In that case a poor brick will cause system instabilities. All the extra connectors and cables included make this a much better value than the PicoPSU. The extra effort that Larry gave in supporting me was greatly appreciated. You can buy this with confidence that he supports his product(s)!

No enough power
Useless piece of junk, cannot sustain an i5 65W TDP CPU on a mini ITX motherboard. System includes: intel i5-4590, asrock mini iTX motherboard with 16Gb DDR4, 256Gb SSD and 1 USB 2TB hard drive. System keep rebooting while running moderate apps.

A little too big to fit on most mini-itx boards in smaller cases. Wished I had purchased a different PS

Great features, service, and sweet price - go for it!
The product works as advertised and comes with two power pack connection options. For the price and features it easily beats out it's competitors products. I mounted this inside the Mini-Box M350 case. I love that I have a full range of power packs to use ithe supports a wide range of wattage (up to 160W), unlike others out there. I used this to power a AMD Athlon 5350, MSI board, and 1 SSD (although it can support a bunch more drives and a molecular device. Great product that I would purchase again. The owner of the company answered all of my questions in 1 day, about 4, and personally followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Be confident you chose a great product.

This worked great with my mini-ITX fanless NAS I built
This worked great with my mini-ITX fanless NAS I built. All you need to supply is a power supply from a laptop and you're ready to rock and roll. It comes with a 24pin and 8pin motherboard connector as well as 2 SATA and 1 molex.

Perfect.
These Power Supplies are outstanding. I'm using four of these to power four ESXi hosts. These little things are able to power Supermicro X10SL7-F, with Xeon E3-1230V3, 32GB ram, PCI-E SSD, PCI-E 1GB NIC 1000e,1x SSD, and 2x 1TB SAS. Thats for each node! The accompanying HDPLEX AC Adapter is the right tool for the job. I have also been able to use one of these PS to reliably power TWELVE 1TB SAS Drives, by adding a rocker switch to the 24Pin cable, and connecting the HD-12v connector to four 5.25" SAS Backplanes. I bought this to go with The HD-Plex H1 silent case. It works well and allowed me to use an extermal 19 volt power supply with my Gigabyte Mini-ITX case.

Well-built, sturdy supply.
Power supplies came as pictured with all the cables neatly organized in the packaging. While it does not come with a wall-outlet plug / adapter, those are not hard to find---most laptop wall-plugs / adapters will fit the external plug connector.
