Love this stuff. Great value. Taste is subjective, but I like the blue one. I normally dilute this in my water bottle every so often half and half and it works wonders. Great way to get some electrolytes and rehydrate. Also a nice way to add a bit of flavor into your daily water intake.

Very effective hydration drink. Just pour it in a glass it is very easy.. Its texture is like water and it is full of electrolytes which you lose when you get dehydrated. Good health benefit

Tastes good, has good electrolyte balance, and lower sugar than many other brands. I bought these because I suffer from dehydration and my doctor suggested this over Gatorade.The flavor isn't bad and they are made with more of the vitamins and things that I need for my health condition.

Tastes good, but it says that I have to drink all of it within 48 hours after it's opened. As to it's effectiveness, it's hard to tell.

Not going to knock off a star for it, but the cherry pomegranate taste is just terrible. Like drinking cough medicine.
