Amazing cereal, not enough per box
This has honestly become my favorite cereal and I keep my kitchen stocked with backup boxes. The fiber to carb ratio is very good (relative to other cereals on the market) at 6g fiber per 39g carbs (the ideal healthy ratio is 1:5 fiber to carbs, so this is basically the equivalent of that plus 2tsp maple syrup for palatability) per a 1c serving, and it has everything I love about a good cereal. It absorbs oat milk immediately but retains the perfect amount of crunchy without being hard or dry or going soggy. It has a variety of appealing textures; hearty flakes, puffed rice, oat clusters, and nuts. It’s lightly sweet. My only issue is the amount per box — 5 cups. The box is less than half full; while I generally think it’s idiotic to complain about how full something is for a product that is filled by weight and is going to settle after it’s packaged, the per package weight on the box is 2/3 to 1/2 of what you get from other cereals — it only has 5 cups of cereal per box. So I will go through 2-4 boxes a week, and really don’t feel good about all that wasteful packaging. I would much rather pay more for a ‘full’ box (2/3-3/4 full after settling), and it irks me to see a company marketing itself as being committed to nature and sustainability creating so much extra waste just to artificially make their price points look closer to brands with crummy ingredients and poor nutritional profiles. Meanwhile they sell their heritage flakes in a giant bag for like $12, which kind of makes me want to use those to try and create my own less wasteful version of this cereal.

Good Source of Protein and Fiber
This is a great-tasting cereal with good fiber content, and is an excellent source of protein. It is one of my favorite cereals, and even tastes great as a snack.

Healthy but not bad at all
For something so healthy, I was surprised that I didn't want or need to add sugar to choke it down! Pretty good.

For the ones who have a sweet tooth.
I appreciate the brand's commitment to organic ingredients, always a plus in my book. However, diving into the cereal, I found the maple flavor just a bit too pronounced, tipping the scale towards being overly sweet for my morning palette. I also couldn't help but notice that the 11oz box size feels a tad undersized compared to other cereals I usually grab. I mean, for the price point, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of quantity. While I understand taste is subjective and some might actually prefer the sweeter profile, I personally would have enjoyed a more balanced flavor. Overall, it's an alright choice for those wanting an organic cereal, but I might be on the fence about repurchasing. If you decide to give it a whirl, just set your sweetness expectations and keep an eye on the box size.
