Q: Has anyone used this fabric to make a roller blind?

No, I used it to make playmats for Hot Wheel cars to put in my Operation Child shoeboxes. It does fray easily so I put a binding around the edges of the mat.

Q: Will more of this print in 3yards lengths become a single? It says 1 left in stock, but I need 4.

Q: Would it be a good idea to preshrink this fabric (wash and dry it once) before sewing? I'm thinking of using it to recover cushions on an Ikea chair.

If I'm going to was it after use, I would wash before. I think it would be be good for medium use upholstery

Q: Would this fabric be good to make pot holders out of?

I think you should check with the fabric contents. I bought a different drapery fabric and it has a sheen to it which might be slippery. My fabric was green and had fish ans starfish on it.
