Excellent supplement. I've been using it for a while and it helps me stay focused at work, i never have that upset tummy some other vitamins give me. So easy to take mixed in a bit of water.

I love this stuff. It gets my energy level up and tastes great. I add one pack to a half empty bottle of water, shake it well and drink it right after. It absorbs quickly.

It's not cheap but the quality of this product is consistent and noticeable when taken daily. You will feel the difference.

Minus one star for price but dang these work well. I got these to help get more nutrients while on semaglutide. I have always had very thin brittle nails, even more so on semaglutide, and these have my nails growing strong and healthy for the first time in my life. I’ll be going in for my annual physical later this month so excited to see how my vitamin levels are when I get bloodwork done

If you do not need to worry about the cost, this is a very good brand and good product. I have been using this brand few years, it is really good.

The vitamins are working well and as expected. Ease of use and quality is good.
