I don’t know, but the harrow met my expectations and then some, very thick metal pieces and did the job for me.

Q: Does anyone have specs on this - tine thickness and overall weight?

The item description states 1/2" x 4" tines and a weight of 79 lbs. My opinion is that the item description is quite correct. I haven't weighed mine but it is a handful to handle because it is like handling a long heavy chain. You can roll it up or fold for storage it but it is a bear to untangle it and make it flat to use again.

I have no idea but it did a good job on my property and I had some pretty tall weeds

It’s not gonna break it’s solid steel other than the drag bar. I’m sure it’s made in China
