These are not flash cards. They take a paragraph of information and use that for the answer to a broad question that could be answered in many ways. Were of no use, did not help learning. Read the text book, you’ll learn and retain more in a more organized manner.

This product is very helpful if your studying to be a personal trainer and you need to pass the exam what a easy way to go with those flash cards a more fun way to learn to keep information in. highly recommend it you all that has problems studying like me.Thanks again I will be buying again soon for any other subject I might need to study in the future.

The cards are a wonderful way to study and prepare for the exam. They are clear and concise and I know they will help me pass the exam with ease. I love that they are small and portable so I can take them with me anywhere when I have a few extra minutes outside my normal study time. Not really sure what to say about the flashcards except I received them only yesterday and have already noticed a discrepancy between a card and the book. The card states that there are 22 different amino acids with 9 essential amino acids. The NCSF states that there are 20 amino acids with 8 essential ones. I ordered these cards as a study guide,,, not a confusing guide!

The flashcards are great. I find it easier to study and it is more organized than the large text book where one can feel as if they are receiving information overload. The flash cards are awesome!

I’m very happy with the flash card study system. It is filled with information which relates to all of the material I’ve been studying from the NCSF textbook. I find it extremely detailed and more fun to understand.

Great product, it is allowing me to pinpoint what I need to know for my upcoming exam without reading the whole book!

Not worth it. Just took and passed the test. It's better to buy the sample test from NCSF and study all your chapter tests!
