Prologue:Contrary to what the photo may indicate, I do not feed this to my plants (though I'd like to if it were cheaper. Do plants need detox foods because of all the tap water I give them??? Pls make cheaper version for plants. I am totally not serious, but maybe)Useage:I put ten droppers in about 2oz of water (any more and the misery of dry bitter taste is only prolonged. I found it best to shoot). I do this twice a day. I found shooting it shortly after meals aided in digestion, and I especially noticed benefits taking it at night when my stomach is hard at work from a day of meals.Effects:At first there were none.I was on a cleanse to restore my gut Flora because of some serious indigestion, bloating, and ibs. No poops. Now that we are well acquainted, I was doing *everything* natural and detoxifying. I bought this after doing extensive research (I have some time on my hands as a performer during covid shut down in NYC) on the best detox aiding supplements. According to my findings there were about a million reasons to choose bio active carbon over the likes of charco. (Whyyyy charco is so much cheaper. Why can't the cheap thing be the magic for once. Meow.)After a three week cleanse, my stomach was calmer and I had energy again (and yes, poops) I celebrated with the most wonderful pizza Brooklyn could provide. gluten and cheese, all the things I cannot digest that are meaningful in the world. Delectable. Divine. All the things these drops are not. That night, plagued with heart burn, gas, and a nasty case of postnasal drip, I went through my entire hollistic medical cabinet in my head in bed. And then I remembered. Bio active Carbon. Supposedly flushes down the bad stuff while keeping the good stuff. Yes yes. I will try this immediately. Anything to make this pass and allow sleep.Within ten minutes of the sip of dry bitter misery, the mucus in the back of my throat was gone. Amazing. I slept well, and woke up to no burning stomach acid in the throat.Magic.So yes, it works. I was taking so many wonderful holistic things that I couldn't quite pinpoint the cure to my intestinal woes. I suspect now, that it was bioactive carbon all along.Epilogue:She is now a trusty member in cabinet, with the honor of a seat in the *front* of the shelf with my regular daily family members such as B and omega.We are a happy and heart burn free family.

I thought I received water at first but I’ve learned that it tastes good to some people and bad to others. Great product.

I'm using this product as a part of the Microbe Formulas protocol. I've been using it for 2.5 weeks, and my husband and I have both seen it working. The taste isn't the best and gives you a brief dry mouth feeling; that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But considering what's in the drops, I think they did the best they could as far as taste. Now that we're used to it, it's not a big deal. The protocol suggests taking 10 drops 3x per day, 30 minutes away from food.
