Do these clog up plumbing systems?

Yes, they absolutely do and will. Even though they're called "flushable", they take a while to dissolve and are especially rough on older sewage lines that already have some level of blockage. If you're house is brand new, it would take a while for these to clog up the house. But why risk it? Cottonelle will just say your lines or something else was the problem and never admit their wipes backed it up.

Is this product anti-bacterial

Kimberly-Clark says nothing about this product being antibacterial. I noticed some reviews being upset that the wipes are not unscented, but I didn’t see any claims that they are. They say the wipes don’t have parabans & harsh chemicals, but that doesn’t mean unscented. Neither does hypoallergenic, which they also claim. They’re probably using scents that are not considered “harsh”, & maybe natural fragrance. As long as what they are using is chemicals/ingredients that are considered to be gentle or mild for majority or people (not 100%, tho, some will have a reaction, regardless), then they can make the claims using the wording that they do. For example, aloe Vera has a gentle smell but it’s considered hypoallergenic because it’s very healing. I’m not saying I agree with they’re tactics, I think they’re purposely being tricky with the wording, just commenting on the legitimacy of it. One thing that NOT legit is the “flushable” claim. Unless they have some new & improved, heretofore unheard of, structure/composition, most, if not all, wipes say “flushable”, but people shouldn’t because eventually any wipes will eff up the septic. They may be flushable in the immediate and/or temporary sense (they flush & don’t necessarily clog the toilet much at the time) but I have never heard of a situation where they won’t eventually do damage. The wipes become a sludge when they go thru the pipes. Another example, companies will say that tampons are flushable, but I think at this point we all know that you should never do this because it will clog your septic at some point. I mean, I guess if you don’t own ur home & don’t care much about the damage (no judgement here- I’ve lived in crappy places that don’t give much incentive for loyalty or caring about it, lol), but I would advise to not flush them if you own home, if possible. Since the manufacturer does not claim that the wipes are compostable, I would not bury them. Even for toilet paper, the general standard for backcountry use is to burn it or carry it out. Most biodegradable substances need aerobic organisms for decomposition. Burying something excludes those organisms and can greatly slow or even prevent decomposition.
