Not plug & play
Arrived with no power cord. Cannot open bottom without a special tool. This is the USA provide access with Philips, straight edge screw driver or something common. Whatever the small screws are they are so small they cannot be identified by eye. Not my job to spend time or more money chasing something to access bottom panel. Seller should consider buyer "CONVENIENCE" when designing a product. I own and use several Thousand dollars of LED lights that are both well designed and plug & play. This product is not......
