Q: Is size large the extended ones?

Thank you for your question. Size Large fits men's shoe sizes 6-12.5.

Q: It says sock size 10-13 and shoe size 9-11? I need a 13 shoe size?

It may be too small for you. My shoe size is 91/2 the socks is perfectly fit.

Q: Would they work for a 13M?

Better order bigger size than normal because the ones I got were a tad small and are difficult to put on. They feel like sup hose now. Also feel that the yarn is not as good a quality as it used to be too. They don't last as long. Seems everything is made in the Far East now, where people and clothing sizes are smaller. Quality control is not as good as it used to be. Just get bigger size.
