LED Dimmer Touch Switch Crystal Glass Touch Screen Dimmer Switch (White)

Modern and easy to install

I bought this switch because I needed a glass-faced, touch dimmer that wasn't "smart" to blend in with the rest of my smart switches. Even though it was more expensive, we decided to buy it because it was also very pretty. So it was very disappointing that the dimmable LED ceiling lamp would flicker at all levels except 100% (no dimming). But before I could report on that, the switch simply stopped working. It is still powered and the backlight is on, but the center control (on/off) will not respond. The two dimmer controls seem to be working because they turn red when touched (normal function) but there is no way to turn on the lamp to confirm this. Doubly infuriating is the fact that this switch is way more expensive than the normal smart switches and takes over a month to arrive because it comes directly from China. The only reason I am not returning it is because my electrician bought it from me to "dissect it" and explore it's insides. This product, at least the one I got, is nothing more than very expensive garbage.
