Apple iPhone XS Max, 256GB - Space Grey (Renewed)

I had a little trepidation about buying renewed, but, although it's very early days (I'm still in the process of setting it up - which is made very easy by sitting it next to my current phone and letting it go through the motions), this looks such a smart (pardon the pun) renewed phone. the phone's case - both glass and metal are in really lovely condition. There is a mark on the front screen that is about 1.5 inches long. you can feel it with your fingernail but it's barely noticeable. There's a scratch on the rear that is about half an inch long, but that's it. It's listed on Amazon as Excellent condition, but good on UR.co.uk. I'd really have to go with excellent, with only the two minor blemishes tha it has. I will report back on battery health, once it has finished setting up, but I'm very impressed with my first foray into the renewed phone market. The phone was packaged very securely in a cardboard pack, that folded several times and kept the phone nice and safe. In with the phone was a new charging cable (USB-C to lightning), a sim card "prong" tool, to help pop out the sim tray and......a little pack of sweets, as a thank you from the seller. Nice touch! So, all in all, do not be put off by renewed phones (unless the battery turns out to be in poor condition - later on that), as i can say that my experience is very positive, certainly as far as UR.co.uk is concerned.

This is my first time buying a second hand phone online. However I was not disappointed. I purchased this phone for my daughter as a Christmas gift. When it came in the package there was a screen protector which I was not expecting.The charger and the charging cable were really good quality. The phone looked like it was brand new. The screen was in excellent condition and the working system is brilliant. The battery life is excellent.Overall I am genuinely pleased with my purchase and My daughter is extremely happy.

I previously submitted feed back about this product regarding the battery. The phone works very well and battery charge is showing 100%. After communication with dig and delve I was able to solve my problem and can say they are very conscientious for customer satisfaction. So please disregard my previous feedback.

This phone was not as described. The camera lens was contaminated with dust which rendered this feature as good as useless., seriously lowering the value of the phone. Also, it was fitted with a non-approved battery. I took the phone to my local repairer to seek their advice. I was told that the dust had very likely entered due to the screen not being bonded properly, with gaps between the body and the glass allowing contamination to enter. Sure enough, two days later, the screen shattered whilst in my pocket, in spite of it being protected by a wrap around leather cover. The seller claims that this was my fault and has so far refused any compensation, in spite of acknowledging that the phone was supplied in a faulty condition. My advice to any potential buyers is to avoid this seller at all costs!

Like new no problems what so ever

Very good phone. Easy to use. I will never go back to use the cheap Chinese phones. I was using them because they were cheaper. In the last three years, I noticed that those Honor,dogee and redme brand phone's charging and processing speed became very slow soon after a major software update and the phones were not usable. I had to return two of them to Amazon as they were within warranty period. I noticed many other people have searched for solutions to these same problem in the internet.My colleagues have been using apple phones without any problems for many years.Overall I had to decide between spending a bit more money initially, remain worry free for next few years and the second choice of spending small amounts to buy cheaper, less luxurious phones repeatedly every few months but spend more(cumulative) in the long run,go through a lot of hassle of transferring data,or risk of loosing it.So I opted to buy this iPhone.Though this is a refurbished products It looked like almost new. Arrived one day before the expected delivery date.By the way the camera is very good and the photos are much better than my other previous phones.I hope this works well.
