Directions Bring 1-2 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of whole rose hips. Cover and let soak for 12-15 minutes while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Rosehip tea should be left for 5-6 hours, so that it can fully absorb vitamin C from rosehip fruits. Add honey and lemon if desired. Cold infusion: 2 tablespoons of cut rose hips are soaked in 0.5 liters of water for 10 hours. After that they are filtered and rubbed through a sieve.
