Q: Does this product smell like coconut since it has coconut oil in it?

NO, coconut smell whatsoever!! It has a soft smell of tea tree oil! Kinda refreshing! I have reordered numerous times ! 🙋🏼♀️

Q: Has anybody used it for scabies?

I haven't but I'm sure it will work for it. I used it on a dog with bad mites and her skin cleared up the next day

Q: Can it be used in a womans private area?

I would test a small amount and see how it works with your PH levels. Avoid getting further as to not cause any irritation. Though I as a guy use it on my genital area with no problem I'm sure you shouldn't have any problems as well
