Unexpectedly easily one of my favorite coffee's ever
The media could not be loaded. I have always been a huge fan of Pasalacqua which is very hard to find in the US and when you do, usually expensive. Plus it tends to be stale, so it doesn't always make a great shot of espresso. Someone who is familiar with the flavor profile of Passalacqua asked me to give this coffee a try and I am ever so glad I did. Same great flavor profile, but fresh beans, excellents shot consistency and great tasting coffee. My biggest knock on buying imported coffee is freshness. It is hard to get consistency. The video shows what I was able to get on my first try and two weeks later I barely had to adjust my grinder to be able to produce the same awesome results.If you like traditional Neapolitan coffee from Campania I implore you to give the coffee a try!

Excellent. Essential for espresso lovers to go back to the mother country and be reminded what a real balanced Italian espresso roast is supposed to taste like. And how nice to find a smaller producer like Castorino who is still able to maintain an artisan touch. Bravo ragazzi!

Great coffee and great brand
Granted this may be more expensive than your average coffee, but this is some great coffee. This is one of many that Castorino offers and their coffee is consistently roasted so you can pull good shots time after time. 5 stars!
