PS2 Memory Card FMCB 64MB for PlayStation 2 PS2,Just Plug and Play, Free Mcboot Your PS2

I did this process a long time ago which at the time required you to playthrough 007: Agent Under Fire up to the start of level 3 with pretty ass backward controls. I didn't want to go through the hassle again when that game cost more these days than this pre-installed memory card. This works with SCPH-30001R fat model even though the product description says it doesn't. Boots right up and I was able to play ps2 games from usb and burned DVD. as well as a few emulators pre-installed. Good product.

My childhood playstation is finally getting a makeover, as some of my old discs no longer work. While I would love to be able to use them, I decided that ripping it to a ROM and loading via HDD was going to be a better option. I struggled with getting it to boot properly on my 2tb HDD, but with this memory card it works great! I have a SCPH-30001, so I CAN CONFIRM that this will work with the older phat models. Of course, do follow a guide so you know what you need to do.

It doesn't work. Everytime i launch my ps2 the screen just dims until it goes black. I cant do anything. ***** I have spoken with the seller. He has agreed to send me one in a few days when the product is back in stock as the one i have is not functioning. I will recise my review when i have the new one and have determined it works. I am happy that the seller has been in contact and has been polite. Based on the good customer service i have received thus far i will upgrade the review to 3 stars. If I get a working product in a timely manner ill upgrade it to a 5 star because to me that would show excellent customer service on the sellers part. ***** Seller was quick to reply. They refunded my order so i could order a new one. I did so and its working beautifully. So, while it sucks the first one didn't work, i love the speediness to get the issue resolved and i love the fact that they did resolve the issue. Thats great customer service imo.

Its fits perfectly storage capacity is good card quality is solid, ease of installation is easy value is good

Exactly what I wanted, This memory card saved me so much time. I hadn't seen any recent reviews about this product so I decided to share my opinion, and I must say, worth every penny! It does what its supposed to and allows me to play games through a USB. I have been using this for the last couple weeks and have had no problems whatsoever. I'm able to run all the games I've loaded in and they run just like if they were on the actual disc. This has been a really simple and efficient product to help me play all of my favorite PS2 games with the help of this one little memory card. Oh and yes the storage comes with 64 MB.

Soon as I plug it in it does what is advertised . I’ve had it for years and forgot to make a review but I’m more than satisfied with this McBoot.

Plugged this into Memory Card Slot 2 (as Slot 1 is taken up by my PS1 memory card with Tonyhax). It worked flawlessly and had Open PS2 Loader 1.2 on it (which supports exFAT drives). Oddly though, the description seems confused as to what models this works with. It says it doesn't work with 3000X systems, and that it also works with all fat models. Well, the 3000x IS a fat model (the launch model no less), and since the 30001 is what I used this with and it works, I have absolutely no idea why this listing says it doesn't work with it. It also had a side benefit, as my physical retail copy of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 for PS1 (what I use to bootstrap my burned PS1 backups through Tonyhax) wasn't regularly and reliably reading and would frequently give the red error screen. Once this was inserted however, my copy of THPS2 would read perfectly pretty much every time, and Tonyhax itself was more reliable. So not only did this thing work as advertised and solve a lot of my problems on the PS2 side of things, it solved my pre-existing PS1 problems. Definitely recommend, and I would recommend installing this in slot 2 on a 3000x or 5000x model with an official network adapter adapted to SATA, a PS1 memory card in Slot 1 with Tonyhax, and installing a 2-4TB SSD into it, to play backups of all your games. In addition, the FreeMCBoot and OPL supports virtual memory cards per game on the drive you're loading your games on, so you can free this memory card to simply run FreeMCBoot and any additional applications you may wish to add.

The product is labelled at version 1.966 on website and the card but the software is 1.8 and the apps are outdated and dont work properly
