Such a good and premium thermal paste is best for high-temperature CPUs. I used it for my Intel Core Ultra 5 225F processor, and it works very well. It really helps to cool down the CPU.

NOTE:My review is long but will surely help you out, please read before you buy! This is the best thermal paste I have bought yet. For laptop users, on idle, I do not think there will be that much of an temp drop, but if you see the maximum temperature and average temperature will be decreased by atleast 10-15 degrees (for my case) I use Asus Vivobook 14 M509DA, it is a office laptop and cooling system along with heat sinks is very bad! I had used a local thermal paste before and PLEASE DO NOT USE LOCAL THERMAL PASTE, IF YOU HAVE STUDIED SOLID MECHANICS AND FLUID MECHANICS IN PHYSICS, THERE ARE MULTIPLE PARAMETERS U NEED TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE THERMAL PASTE, THAT IS: 1)is the thermal paste electrically conductive? (thermal pastes can be non conductive or conductive electrically, if they are then we need to be extra precautious while applying) 2)Thermal conductivity of the paste, (Very important, if thermal conductivity is above 13-15, its very good, in physical terms, the more the thermal conductivity, the faster and better the heat transfer from your cpu to the heatsink shall take place) 3)The viscosity of thermal paste. (Mid range viscosity / particle size we can say, shall be considered good, if its too viscous it will not be easy to apply and if its too liquid then it will dry up really quick) Overall, I can say this thermal paste satisfies all the parameters I wrote above! PC USERS can see a better result SURELY!, idle temperature. And btw, as the decent temperature is now maintained, I can easily increase the tdp of my R5 3500U and get more performance at stable temperature! As a laptop user, this is certified but pricey! You get just the thermal paste in a box, nothing else. And hey also their is authencity check provided by ARTIC itself, because a lot of fake MX-4's and MX-6's are being sold online, so make sure you scan the qr code when it reaches to you. That's all. I used Arctic MX-4 on my gaming PC, and I’m very satisfied with the performance. Temperatures dropped by 5–10°C compared to the old paste. It’s very easy to apply, and the texture spreads nicely. I also like that it’s non-conductive, so it’s safe even if a little extra spills out. No curing time needed — it works right away! Great for both beginners and experienced users. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and reliable thermal paste at a fair price.

It definitely saved my laptop after a technician used a cheap paste on my laptop. Then it was running hot on ideal it was 100c then i had to change it by myself and it worked. Its easy to apply, quantity was enough to paste multiple times. I think even 2 gm of mx 6 would have worked for me .sad that i bought mx 4 for my victus 16 to use it on gpu and cpu.

I used ARCTIC MX-4 (Revision 4) on my HP Omen 16 laptop. When I first bought the laptop, the stock thermal paste applied by HP actually performed very well — noticeably better than both the MX-4 and the paste HP used later during a warranty motherboard replacement. After the replacement, I had only about a week of warranty left, and I didn’t realize the system was thermal throttling until warranty already expired. When I opened the laptop, I found that HP had used some kind of thermal putty on the VRAM and other components instead of original thermal pads and paste. I replaced that with proper thermal pads and MX-4, hoping for an improvement. However, the temperatures stayed the same — around CPU 100 °C and GPU 87 °C under load. At first, I thought my CPU just had poor silicon, but when I later tried ARCTIC MX-6, the results were much better: CPU 93 °C and GPU 73 °C under the same test (I posted a photo of this result). When I removed the heatsink, I also noticed that most of the MX-4 had been squeezed out, leaving very little paste actually covering the CPU and GPU surfaces — maybe due to its low viscosity or a thinner consistency. This could explain the weaker performance. For about ₹190 more, MX-6 is the better option (during sale) — it’s newer (Revision 4) and seems more consistent in quality. Ich habe mir die ARCTIC MX-4 zugelegt, um meinen Gaming-PC aufzurüsten, da die Temperaturen meiner CPU in letzter Zeit ziemlich hoch waren. Nach dem Auftragen bin ich von den Ergebnissen wirklich begeistert! Das Auftragen war super einfach - selbst für jemanden, der nicht jeden Tag am PC schraubt, sollte es kein Problem darstellen. Die Konsistenz ist perfekt: nicht zu flüssig, nicht zu zäh. Es lässt sich gleichmäßig verteilen, ohne dass man Angst haben muss, etwas falsch zu machen. Die Kühlleistung ist beeindruckend. Meine CPU läuft jetzt konstant 8–10 °C kühler als vorher, auch unter Last. Das macht sich besonders beim Gaming bemerkbar: Der Lüfter muss nicht mehr so hoch drehen und der ganze PC läuft deutlich ruhiger. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar! Für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich Premium-Qualität. Die 4g Tube reicht locker für mehrere Anwendungen. Habe gleich die Leitpaste bei meiner Verlobten getauscht und die Tube im Freundeskreis weitergereicht. (kleiner Tipp an dieser Stelle: alte Paste immer zuerst restlos entfernen! Am leichtesten geht es mit einem Mikrofasertuch und etwas Desinfektionsmittel - hier aber nicht übertreiben, es soll danach schließlich trocken sein, bevor man die neue Paste aufträgt) Sicherheit ist wichtig - da die Paste nicht elektrisch leitend ist, muss man sich keine Sorgen um Kurzschlüsse machen. Die Verpackung wirkt hochwertig und der Authenticity Check gibt zusätzliche Sicherheit, dass man auch wirklich das Original bekommt. Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung! Ob für Standard-PCs oder Gaming-Rigs - die MX-4 macht ihren Job zuverlässig und effizient. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
