I love this deluxe Scrabble set! Scrabble is my favorite game and I have been wanting a set like this for a long time and my daughter actually bought this for me as an early Christmas present after seeing the Black Friday price reduction. It was about $100 and I must say, it’s worth it (especially with this sale) because it is lovely, well-made, and will probably last my lifetime and be handed down thereafter. It is made with real wood and elegantly designed, addressing every wish I had with my old set. It has raised grooves so the letter tiles stay put from knocks and such. It turns so you don’t have to strain your neck or do eye gymnastics to see the words right side up. The top comes off and everything you need is housed in it. It’s so nice, I opted to put it on our coffee table for easy access and even solo games (yes, I sometimes play two trays so I can play by myself!) It’s a great set for Scrabble lovers and being able to keep it out has started many spontaneous games with daughter and friends. Just love, love this set!

A heirloom-quality game that looks great. Beautiful wood. I love the ease of the turntable, which makes it easier for all players.

We have this on an ottoman, it’s that nice that we leave it out like a coffee table book on display. It is so nice to have a grooved so the tiles don’t slide around.

I can’t say enough good things about this game and the company that makes it. Yes, it’s pricey. But it’s also beautiful and well made. When it arrived I noticed a minor defect in the plastic grid that holds the letters. It had raised off the surface slightly. I felt silly writing the company about it, but they included a card with the set saying they would take care of any issues. They wrote me back quickly, and even without showing them a receipt promptly replaced the entire set. And they said I could donate the old one — still quite nice. I’ve honestly never had this good of a customer service experience. They were warm and understanding all throughout the process. I recommend the game and company!

A nice higher end scrabble set. Looks beautiful and plays great. Tiles do not move around at all on board. However the negative is that the tiles are definitely lacking. Basically you can barely see the letters on some of the tiles. I have to turn on all the lights in the room to actually see the letters. Looking into buying a set of tiles as a replacement. I don't really understand why they made such a great set but the tiles are subpar. The 20 scrabble board had better functional tiles.

This is a very nice game board and really more than we need but the rotation makes playing easier.

The board is beautiful but let down by build quality. When removing the board from the box it was immediately apparent that the raised edges of the board were not properly glued or pinned in place as two of them pulled away from the edge of the board. Easily fixed with some superglue but I expected better build quality from a premium product at this price.

Having read some reviews about the this board I was worried it would disappoint. I gave it to my partner for his 80th and he loves it. It arrived earlier than expected which was great and he loves being able to turn the board to face each player. Although the tiles are dark they match the wood of the board and arent plastic. The tile bag is embroidered velvet which adds a touch of luxury. My only suggestion to the maker is to improve on how the board could be stored. Maybe adding a hinge and clasp to hold both pieces togeather securely.

The board is sturdy and stable, with smooth-turning action when rotating for the next player. Tiles nestle into place securely - no alphabet soup if someone spins it a bit too enthusiastically. The wooden finish is smooth, rich, and luxurious on both the board and the tiles. Lovely velvet inside adds class. Tile racks are well-made and sized. This is the set you can't wait to break out if you're ever allowed to have guests over again. In the meantime, even a solitary game is a delight. The next generation might not have much to look forward to inheriting, but you can bet this board will make it to the finish line for ya.

Liked the size, look, and rotating ability of the board. Also liked the ability to easily store and access all the bits and pieces. The board was well packed when it arrived; no damage or missing pieces. We like to play scrabble for fun and wanted a board that was easy to read. This definitely fit the bill. After reading customer reviews for various boards, we decided to spend a little more to get a quality product that could last over time. Would definitely recommend to others. .

Bought this for a Birthday gift, recipient couldn’t be happier, arrived undamaged due to being extremely well packed, it’s well made, love the tile grids, handy when you give the board a good spin (none fall out) Beautifully presented, with score book, racks, tiles & bag stored under the lid. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the light weight tile racks, surprised me at how light they are … although it hasn’t affected playing the game … it’s a pleasure to play, and see enjoying playing Scrabble for many years ahead with it.
