I must Read and Know for All Architects
This is the text book for architecting frameworks.I have 20 years of working in IT and design experience.And from my experience of working in various environments and dealing with conflicting needsthis is a great reference to have at your side to draw from.Its easy to read, understand and put in context.I warn you it is not from someone starting out and not knowing the fundamentals of IT Architecture there are other greatbooks for that.

TOGAF 9.1
Excellent reference material for TOGAF Exam and using TOGAF in the workplace. This book will help me so much in my career as an Enterprise Architect.

As Standards go ... not bad
Dry, not exciting... it is a standard for goodness sake what do you expect.Very clear and does a good job though.would be nice if there were more standardized templates but that isn't the book's fault.

Fonts Too small to read for long time
+ : The content is very extensive and has abundant information on Enterprise Architecture. Its nicely structured and organized .-: The fonts are too small and it gives much stress to eyes. Its better to read free online version http://pubs.opengroup.org/architecture/togaf9-doc.Hence rating with 3 star.

Again, I am never disappointed with books by Van haren Publishing
I have worked as a Systems Architect for many years and was exposed to TOGAF while working in Europe. Upon talking as new position in USA, I was surprised how in efficient the Systems Architecture group I joined is. management never heard of TOGAF, and this book was perfect to get all the Systems Architects (10+) familiar with this framework. Booked is very easy to follow for those unfamiliar with TOGAF.

Extremely poorly written standard.
I've read a lot of standards in my day and this has to be one of the worst (and no I don't buy that they're all bad, I've read well written/readable standards). Very unreadable.If you're going to take the test I recommend buying the 2 study guides (one for each test). Not sure this is even worth reading for the test. I really don't think it helped me at all.
