Element Sector Impact Resistant Case for iPhone 6 (Black/Blue)

I purchased this case a month ago to the day, and although it was fairly expensive, I had an open mind-and a sort of worried one, with the whole iPhone 6 bending freak out. I was searching for a case that looked very durable, and the aluminum sides fit the bill. It fit the iPhone 6 perfectly, it was easy to assemble, and the materials didn't mess with the signal. Everything is excellent on this case, however, there is the exception of the transparent plastic on the bottom. I was at work and the phone dropped at a height of no higher than 3 1/2 feet. It has fallen before, but not that high, nor onto a concrete floor, and the casualty was the transparent plastic. The screw holes themselves broke off with the transparent piece and there is no chance to reattach it without ruining the aesthetics (this is a very beautiful case), nor having the original strength. The phone was undamaged, thankfully, I'd rather the case break than the phone itself, so it did protect the phone until the end. The seller's return policy only covers unopened, unused, original packaging, so that is sorta a bad blow, especially when you're now down at least 80 bucks, not including shipping. If you know you'll be very careful with your phone, then you may consider the purchase, but if you work in a somewhat tough environment (even though that's what it is advertised for), maybe something else may benefit you better. I did love the case while I was using it, and I would buy it again if it weren't for the price, but hopefully Element will incorporate some tougher materials, such as the strong plastic on the top side of the case.By the way, as far as bending goes, while the case was attached, I carried the phone in my front pants pocket, albeit carefully, I'd kneel over, walk, run, crawl, etc., and it was as sturdy as iron. The two stars indicates that 'I don't like it', however, as the impression you may have gotten from the review, I really did love it, but the limited time I was able to use it did put the heaviest impact on my review.

First of all, sorry for any mistake, English it's not my first language...I have to start saying that the only good thing of this case it's how it looks an that's why I rated 2 stars, I'm so disappointed on this case that I lost my confidence on element case products, I had a vapor model on an iPhone 4S and it was the best, then I boughpt an iPhone 5S and bought an element case again, the Rogue model and It was by far the best case for iPhone, it was a really good looking case but the most important the quality of the materials was impressive, it was a solid TPU on the top and bottom of the phone that really protected the phone on a few drops that I had, and you didn't need any tools to put it on, but this Sector Element case it's a waste of money, this just a solid plastic case with not any rubber or soft material inside to protect the iPhone, the bottom side part cracked by just tightening the screws the first day (hope you can see it in the picture), the power button seems that it's going to fall apart from the case at any time, I'm pretty sure that if I drop my phone accidentally the case won't survived he fall, it is really a cheap hard plastic case with aluminium side railsLike I said, it does look good, but for me it's not worth the price like the old models from element case

I thought these were made in the USA but unfortunately they are not. Unfortunately this one is made in China. Very complicated design and not a great fit. I have had other element cases and each one seems to get a little cheaper around the edges. This case feels to me like a Made in China mass market item that I would not go back to again and that is a dissappointing. I should have gone with the knock off and saved some dough. The packaging is very nice.

Do not buy! I love the design and look of Elements cases and had two previous ones for my iPhone 5.However this one has several issues:1) Difficult to install: very tight and snapping on the back plate of the case does not work as instructed, have to play around a bit for it to install2) The screws (although this was the same with previous case) very inconvenient/troublesome, especially for people who travel and have to change sim cards frequently/occasionally3) The mute button does not work well: very difficult to switch on and off, have to squeeze and try a few times for it to work4) Cracks easily: after less than a month, the small plastic part at the bottom (under home button) has crackedPreviously there was negative feedback posted, but it is such a nice looking case I wanted to try out the case anyways.I should have listened to the advice, waste of $80.

I was very impressed with the quality and fit of this case from the moment I opened the box and then installed the phone. However, I should have paid more attention to the reviews. When people mention that the aluminum rails cut signal strength dramatically, they are not joking. I went from full strength 4G to a weak 3G. I love the case, but when the phone quality is reduced to this level, 1 star is the best I can give it.Update: Out of nowhere, the power button popped out of the case rendering it useless. If I could mark 0 out of 5 stars, that is what this case would get.

Some folks gave this case bad reviews, it takes a few minutes to put together but it's certainly not brain surgery> When you get the case on it works great! Great Product in my book!

Extremely flimsy buttons that are barely attached. Jagged edges when you hold it in your hand. I also have the Element ION which is less expensive but much better built and comfortable.
