I think so, their all the same kind of shiny metal & it says stainless steel.

I’m using it on a 7 inch duct with no issues. It looks like it would work with smaller ducts as well.

Yes, as long as they are the same width. If you are using these four together then absolutely yes. But they do not have a lot of strength. I stripped two with just a flat blade scewdriver
