DURABLE - Built using 300gsm Kraft Corrugated Board for maximum strength. Overlapping flaps on both the base and top means that the thickness doubles, so does the strength.
ADDITIONAL PROTECTION - Included in the box is protective foam, which lines the base, the top, the sides and the ends. An additional foam block is in the base to rest your bike's front sprocket on, with an another foam block at one end to hold the back forks in place.
SUPPORT BLOCKS - Foam blocks fit at both the front and top lock of the box to your bike in position when packed. The box is also supplied with heavy-duty polythene bags to put your wheels in, foam piping to protect your frame. Box tape and cable ties are also included.
LIGHTWEIGHT -Weighing only 4.5kg this bike box can take bike frames up to 58cm and it is manufactured to a specific size** to meet the delivery requirements of most couriers without incurring extra charges for being oversized.
The Standard Sherpr Bike Box is strong and reusable and it's size has been selected to specifically fit within most courier maximum delivery dimensions, so eliminating hidden courier charges for being oversized** . Manufactured using 300gsm Kraft Corrugated Board it is extremely strong and robust. It is also supplied with protective internal foam lining on the base, sides and top. - Specific foam blocks are fitted to the base and one end for derailleur protection and to secure the bike within the box. This ensures minimum movement during transit (just like an egg in an egg box). In the box you will also receive two foam blocks to lock the bike in position within the box, two heavy-duty polythene bags to protect your wheels, foam piping to protect your frame, box tape, cable ties and documents enclosed pouches.
