Very responsive customer service.
We have enjoyed our Dibea vaccum, it has a larger dust bin than most I have seen. The Dibea has the larger wheels to navigate from carpet to wood floor. Customer service was very responsive to me and did get back to me within one day of my email.

Terrible purchase, Destructor Vacuum Bot
I've had this for about a year. It says anti-twining, not true. The vacuum will pick up charging cords, plugged in cords, all kinds of yarn or string and will wrap it around the spin brush part. It gets caught up on bathroom mats and woven floor mats. The bristles and bristle replacements pods wear quickly and easily and you'll find pieces everywhere. It bumps into everything. I can't tell you how many times it's knocked down my easel with art work on it, pushed chairs to the other side of the room knocked over a floor mirror and broke it then ran over it. The suction wears out despite keeping it clean. It runs over and pushes feet, tips trash bins, bumps into the doors repeatedly until it closes them. Not to mention how loud it is. We have mostly tile, laminate, and some medium carpet. It is loud to the point you have to turn up the tv to hear over it. It does do a good job mopping if you use the remote and stand there to press the buttons. Also, it pushes it's own charging station out the way and will move it around. It has major difficulty finding it's home base after you press the home button. Other than that don't leave this thing unsupervised. I regret this purchase wholeheartedly. It finally died last week thank heavens.

Tough little machine
I have been using mine for a year or more now. It was a gift, replacing a different company's robot and the Dibea 966T is much more powerful and seems to hold a charge longer. (Both are equally "stupid" but the other company will sell you extra cubes that supposedly steer your robot when it is working in a large area but they proved useless.) I have never used the remote control feature so do not know how well it works, and neither cleaner did well with liquids (they leak and the floors look at best streaky) so I use/used both just for vacuuming hard floors. I have 3 shorthair cats and have long hair myself so have to stop and clean every moving part several times in the course of doing three uncarpeted rooms, a hallway, a small bathroom, and tiny laundry room. The amount of fur it gets up is mind-boggling, though, so well worth it for cat owners. My earlier floor robot was good but the Dibea is even better, I think because it is a peppier machine that lets nothing stop it (including power cords and low furniture, which means it needs frequent rescuing.) For the amount of fur it cleans up - fur I never even saw - it is well worth it. Now if I could only find replacement side brushes.....

This product is a trap shopping designed by manufacturers.
I am forced to give at least a single star rating to be enable to post this review. Otherwise, I would have picked Negative 5, if not Negative 3.I have this machine bought from Amazon in 2020. After the first two months or so, the side spinning brush stopped working. The company never responded to repeated emails for simple guidance even where to get parts or send it for service. Their disclosure statement is clearly worded in a way that means “ you buy this-You suck it up”. No warranty coverage for the unit if it was gifted, even during the warranty period. And now, it does not even show up in their product list on their website.

side brush broke after 3 months. Imposible to get warranty support from manufacturer webs ite
So, this vacuum worked fairly well on the hardwood floor in my house, until one of the sidebrushes quit functioning. Now it just barely works. The manufacturers site us useless. I tried to file a warranty claim on it, but even after selecting for the English-language version of the website, most of the warranty form is either still in Chinese or poorly translated English.

it function very well the first months. But later it has erratic behavior.
I have cleaned every time I have use it. But in less than 6 months, it lost the control. I must to follow it with the remote control for cover all my floor. It doesnot function alone, anymore. I have not push the circle function. It do not the job without the help of the remote control.

Buyer Beware
I received this vacuum as a gift. Someone bought it for me from Amazon. After two months it stopped working. At first the right side brush stopped splining and now it will no longer charge. It passed the 30 day return for Amazon so I have been dealing with the company in China thru emails for over a week. It has been very frustrating dealing with them and I am getting nowhere. The first two months I was happy with the way the vacuumed cleaned but now I realize it was a waste of money. I have no confidence the company will fix my vacuum even though it's still under warranty. If by some chance they do get it fixed I will update this post.
