Well worth it!!
This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. This works so well and really sooths the pain in my neck and upper back. This is now an evening ritual for me after sitting at a computer all day. What a difference it makes with my sleep as well. I highly recommend this product. I mistakenly ordered 2 at one time and the owner called to see I really wanted 2 or if I had made a mistake. That is good customer service up front and I very much appreciated it.

Very liveable.
I like this product because I am not tied down to sitting like a statue. I can move around and still benefit from the heat. Unfortunately I burnt a hole in it last night. First time ever in using this type product for over 20 years. I really had to search for your specific design because it is such a winner!

Good because it stays on without having to hold it or tie it
Really like how this product covers shoulders and back, and can just hang, draped over the shoulders, without slipping off. A pro and a con is that, unlike many other microwavable packs I have, this pack does not get super hot. It does get hot enough to feel soothing, and stays warm a reasonable amount of time––though I've found no pack that stays warm for as long as the Thermalon brand does. But this pack does what no other does in the sense that it covers a large area and stays on the body itself, without needing to be tied. I'm glad I have it and would recommend it. I've had it for over a year, and it continues to work well.

Outstanding Product! Great seller!
I have neck issues from years of competitive tennis. Moist heat is a life saver, and Sunnybrand products have been the only microwavable products that heat evenly, hold heat incredibly well, and most importantly, unlike other brands, maintain their integrity for years! I use mine 4-5 times a week. Highly recommend!🤗

Warm comfort!
The Microwavable Thermal Heating Pad Compress was recommended to me by my doctor. He recommended it because it felt it was easy to 'heat', it was convenient, it didn't need to be plugged in, it stayed warm for a significant amount of time, and I could walk around with it on. I have a sprained shoulder and when I put this heating pad on, I was in heaven! It was so comfortable, provided the heat that my shoulder and upper back needed, and it relieved a lot of the nagging pain and discomfort. I have recommended it to my personal trainer and my workout buddy. I will continue to recommend it to my Facebook friends and family! Great job in designing such a outstanding product! Keep up the good work!

Size matters
Size: The medium might be a good fit for the willowy gal in the picture, but for a guy, like me who wears M size shirts, etc., it is a tad too small (tho usable; just gotta scrunch it around a bit for shoulder pain). The Large is double the cost, so No Way. I was going to send it back (Prime) but my wife, a S size in women's clothes tried it and . . . so it aint going back, I guess.Note on heating it in microwave. Following the instructions is tedious (on/off, on/off) but considering the consequences, do it. It takes about three or four minutes of this and it is warm enough to last for about fifteen minutes or so (no longer!). Microwave SIZE: Unless you have a very big commercial size microwave you'll have to roll or fold this up a little to fit.Odor: Not bad (and I have an aversion to smelly things). A little bit like a clean, wet puppy, or at worst a barely used athletic sock. Really not a problem. Much. The cover: Nice soft cottony feel, and tho it's washable, I wouldn't even try to wiggle the inner pad out of the one small space in the fabric. Kinda like put ting your leg through a long shirt sleeve--doable, but not fun. I wouldn't put this thing on my bare skin (after all, it came out of a mill, or something), so I keep a shirt on or use a light towel underneath the pad. Works ok.If your shoulder and back hurts, this beats the electric pad that tethers you to one spot. My wife likes it and uses it. I gotta find something else cuz I can't get it back from her now.

Easily microwaveable heat pad!
This product is the answer to my continuing problem of back pain.It is a very well made heavy pad which is contoured to fit over my shoulders, down my spine and across my back. It heats up quickly in the microwave but holds the heat longer than others I’ve used. I ordered a medium even though I’m small. I wanted to make sure it covers down to my waist. The quality is excellent and I love the nice soft cover because it has a furry texture which makes it even more comfortable. The cover is washable too so I’m sure this will be all I will ever need to buy from now on. Thank you 🙏

Permanent Burnt smell if over cooked
Admittedly I slowly increase the temperature to find how hot I can make the heating and still touch it, I like it hot! But at some point it reaches a temperature where it breaks down the natural filler, and smells burnt. It’s not actually burned because it hasn’t caught on fire, but it probably is over cooked. Once it get that smell it never goes away wv3n if you heat it at a lower temp.I’ve bought a lot of heating pads over the years and I’m going back to a non-organic filler. If you like your heating pads hot, like I do, you might want to avoid these natural, organic pads filled with organic matter. I won’t buy another.
