The water trap is for use with a Motobriiz wind powered motorcycle chain oiler. The patented Motobriiz motorcycle chain oiler harnesses the power of the wind to automatically dispense lubricant to your chain at a controlled rate. The water trap installs inline in the inlet tube and is primarily intended for commuters and long distance riders who routinely ride for long periods in the rain to keep water from contaminating the oil in the reservoir.
