damaged ear phones
package came today. when I opened them they was out of place and when I plug them up to the charger to se if it fits which it did, I go to unplug them and the whole bottom of the ear bud came out. I want a replacement or my money back

Came broken..charging port was ripped out...not sure how this was boxed for sale..not happy
