The book itself is one of the best on the topic of HR Transformation. I will update the review with more content once i finish the read.Otherwise, what a great deal! I can hardly believe the excelĺent condition of the book itself and the price was a gift!!!Thanks again guys!

Book arrived in timely fashion. However, it is soft back, not hard back as advertised.
