I can't give these a 5 star rating yet because I've only had them a short while. They fit into the drill I'm using, and they charged properly on my battery charger, but the test of their quality will be longevity. The batteries they replaced lasted for many years. Hopefully, these will too.

Unsure about quality of these batteries. After charging for 24 hrs. one was charged, one was not. Charged for another 24 hrs. and it seemed OK but doesn't have the torque of originals. Time will tell since I haven't used them for an extended time. I could have bought a two pack from Makita for a few dollars more plus shipping.Update 10/1/2016: I have increased the rating to 5 stars. After initial charging batteries are functioning properly. Doubts I had about the batteries were resolved when further checking indicated that the batteries were OK, one of the two drills was faulty.

Love my Makita screwdriver and was not able to use it recently because the batteries were too old and could not find the batteries locally. Found the batteries on Amazon - screwdriver good as new now.
