These rings are perfect and well made! The attachment mounts are also very well constructed and super happy it came with two instead of having to buy them separately, saving some good coin!! Very easy to install and set up, instructions were very simple. I recommend using a 2x8 board for direct mounting then mount them to the ceiling joists as this will provide better stability for the mount loops, it will also let you space them according to the diagram provided instead of them being too close or too far apart (Which can cause problems later on if used regularly!) We got these for my son who loved doing flips and just hanging upside-down...these work perfectly!! They are even rated for a full size adult so no fear when I tried myself (about 200lbs) when I put my full weight on them they didn't slip or stretch. Even did some TRX style workouts on them with no issues what so ever!! Super fast shipping and well packaged! Customer service was excellent with follow up questions, quick and courteous responses!! No weights needed. I set these up in our spare bedroom (with stationary bicycle and weight machine) and quickly remembered my old training days and how much gymnastic rings helped my overall upper body and core strength. First and foremost this set is "high-quality" ... the rings feel slip proof and comfortable and the web-style straps are very durable. if it's a day that I don't want to drive to the gym I can get an excellent workout at home with these rings. As a gymnast and gymnastic coach for over 25 years I remember how using your own body weight can increase strenth and flexibility over lifting dead weights. Tired of doing crunches...with these rings you can do "L" sits on the rings as an alternative and increase core strength. And even our Crossfit gym (where we are menbers) highly recognizes that these rings have multiple strenght building pueposes. This is a winner, you'll love it.

I have not used the yet. That said the rings, straps, and hardware look to be quality. They arrived on time. When I get them up and use them I will have a better idea

This is a great set of olympic rings. We have installed them in our home gym/ play room and they have been a hit with the adults and with the older kids. My teen daughter has been using them non stop as she tries to build muscle and strength for the upcoming soccer season. They were easy to install and very sturdy. I have no worries about them coming loose or not holding our weight. The included instructions are easy to follow. The rings and hardware are well made and will be very durable. If you are looking for a good set of olympic rings and hooks, this is the one to buy. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this set.

Great product and service. These rings and straps are very durable and strong and a great start to my mini ninja course. Kovas was also very quick to check in and confirm that I was satisfied with the product soon after it's arrival. I ordered eight and one of the straps was mistakenly left out. These totally work. Just make sure you attach them to a support beam. And you'll need an Allan/torque or hex wrench to get the screws all the way in. If it isn't a huge workout itself getting the screws in, you're installing it wrong, and they will rip out your wall/ceiling, plus you'll get injured.

I bought these to do body weight exercises. Well, my kids haven't let me use them since. They have been on them non-stop, twirling, flipping, swinging, and trying new moves. I use them for a multitude of workouts! Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

These rings are very durable, along with the straps and mounts! Everything I expected and then some! Adding to our garage gym/ kids gym station as well! We have a 4-5 year olds who love doing flips! So this will work out perfectly while I'm working out they can too!
