True Elements Raw Chia Seeds, 250g and True Elements Gluten Free Rolled Oats, 1kg

as soon as I open my packet i found some seeds attached to top lid.... like its infested. I thought may be its light weight so they are at top.but then i saw worms inside the seeds packet. Manufacturing date is current only as per the packet, but it looks stock is very old or their is packaging flaw. Now i cant even return this item. Whole money is wasted.

Terrible terrible quality. The chia seeds are mixed with dust particles which are so difficult to wash out among small chia seeds. I had to force myself to finish this product. Infact I still have some left because its so bad. Such a disappointment as compared to another brand of chia seeds I had bought earlier.

The chia seeds are good but there are small stones in the seeds which are hard to separate and we end up consuming those small black stonesVery disappointed

I liked the quality of these chia seeds and the fact that they are so reasonably priced. Sprinkled on my morning museli or granola or cereal bowl. soaked them overnight in almond milk and oats to make thick and creamy overnight oats. Made chia seed pudding by soaking them overnight in any form of milk and adding nuts and honey. It’s one of the super foods and I would highly recommend this product!

Good chia seeds by True element. My last purchase of Chia Seeds was Grenera from Amazon, the quality of Grenera Chia Seeds was far better. But if Grenera is unavailable (like this time when I bought), then you can buy these too.

It's very good deed to control weight . It absorbs moisture , so you can't feel hungry and even you consume too much food.. it maintains cholesterol ..

It has got small stems, dirt, small particles and dust in it. Its very difficult to remove dirt from these and then drink it. I had to throw all of it.
