Great!
This works great I absolutely love it!. It has a good image no corruption or anything at all and the built in microphone works really well as well :) Definitely worth the money!

Good camera for Mac AFTER figure-out which Skype version you need for compatibility.
Very clear picture, good camera at GREAT PRICE (especially for a Windows I'd guess), but DOES NOT WORK WITH MAC UNTIL you get the very specific Skype download necessary. Don't have data in front of me but there was .833, .443, .467, and one works, TWO don't. Whichever Skype we had most recently did not work, nor did the "update" (often updates are NOT better, what a pain!) from July 2013, and Taiwan factory info first given was wrong. HOWEVER, THEY TRIED TO HELP, did eventually and camera now works with our Macbook, after too much hasstle. I suggested THEY say all this in THEIR advertising and hope they do/have. Once you DO get correct Skype version from about June 2013 loaded, SET-UP camera in systems preferences to by-pass built-in low-def camera. ALL THAT SHOULD BE IN DIRECTIONS, but aren't any, when we bought. BR

Works with my 2008 Mac Pro
In low light it is definitely not HD, but it works really well in low light situations. You can get a decent, recognizable video in a dimly lit room. It isn't HD video unless the room is very bright.

Great little camera
Needed a web camera for teleconferences for work, great little camera for the money.. the software it comes with seems decent havent messed with it except to take a still picture of my video. Would by again..only con is it has a kind of clamp.. but its not spring loaded or anything so it just kind of clamps to the monitor, but it makes a great stand for under the monitor and above my keyboard

Best webcam i have used so far really used
Maybe you want to at least double the money for a name brand. I've been usingthis for almost a year now also. For the money there is no other that comes close. Buy this one and save your money. It works great with skype / twitch / google - anything i have used it for it is recognized and is truly plug and play.

Misleading specifications and bad video quality overall
Don't be fooled by the 16 megapixel image quality. The software that comes with it says it's "software interpolated" which means it's not really 16 megapixels. Video quality at 1080p is even worse than a 5 year old 720p webcam. Look elsewhere if you want a decent webcam. It also has extremely bad low light and indoor light performance.

Better than expected
This is much better than I expected for this price. No drivers needed for Windows or Ubuntu Linux. The image was is very clear but It seems to be a bit slow at 1080. That is probably due to being a USB 2 device. I would recommend it and would purchase it again.

Video fine, mic too noisy
I got this for attending meetings at work. The video is fine but the mic generated too much noise and I have to use a headset mic instead.
