Q: I'm making a peanut chocolate milk stout, if anyone has used this to brew with would you add it to the boil or the secondary fermenter?

You can add it any time you like, but it doesn't need to boil other than for sterilization. It will be much easier to dissolve it in at the end of the boil than it will be during fermentation or before bottling.

Sorry to answer so late. It is finely powdered.

Hi Jordan, We are not sure what sort of lactose doctors use in those tests. Our lactose is 100% pure food-grade milk protein that can be used for a variety of uses.
