Good vitamins, easy to swallow, great quality

I am whole food plant based (WFPB) so was looking for vitamin D3 supplement that was as well. This seems to fit my needs. It is a pill not a capsule. Doing well so far. It has the smaller IUs that I was looking for because I don't need large amounts of vitamin D3, not recommended by my doctor. Unless my needs change I will be staying with this dosage.

I’ve been looking for a vegan D3 supplement and I’m glad I found this one. There are different requirements for the dosage but I am vitamin D deficient. Combined with my multivitamin, I take 1900 IU daily and it’s made a huge difference, especially in my mood. They are pretty much tasteless and small so they are easy to swallow. Good quality for the price!

I like that these are vegan. I don't like to eat the gelatin found in most D supplements. They are small pills and easy to swallow. They are a little expensive but worth it to avoid gelatin.
