Q: Will it work on plastic windshields for UTVs ?

I use it on the plastic windshield of my motorcycle no problem by you should test it in a small in conspicuous spot on that windshield to make sure it doesn't react to it

Q: Will it come off if I go to the car wash twice a week ?

This coating is rated to last for 2 years or 80000 wiper cycles. Best results and longer life are achieved by use of a brush-less wash system.
