Q: If I already have damaged enamel from Sjogren’s, is it still helpful to chew these?

I would say yes. You have SOME damage even if you feel like your teeth are ruined. The remaining healthy enamel needs protection. Increasing salivary production will help protect what is left (like these chews and other products), using fluoride prescription toothpaste (have your dentist send it to your pharmacy), proper daily flossing and brushing will be very beneficial. Also getting cleanings every 3-4 months to detect early decay. Everyone responds differently to different products, so try as many as you can and find those that help. This is an uphill battle that you have to fight every day. The damage will be mitigated mostly with better hygiene, i.e. flossing, Waterpik, brushing. These chews will be another weapon against xerostomia.

Q: Do these stick to dental work, like fillings and/or crowns?

So far my crowns have been fine. I have no other dental work. They do stick to the teeth a little, but it dissolves quickly. The caramel flavor is very nice.

Q: How manu are in the bag?

There are 120 soft chews in the bag. Chew one after each meal is ideal.
