Yes, this should be your first step then your cleanser. This product didn't leave any residue for me...rinses clean.

Q: What are the ingredients and will it remove waterproof mascara?

It removes my Tarte" Maneater" mascara with no problem. Q: I use the clean it zero by banila co and i want to know if this is good for oily skin?

Well, I'm not 100% sure. I have combination skin, and Physician's formula oesn't trigger my oily areas. Also, the Physician's Formula product seems less oily when compared to two similar products: IT's ByeByeMakeup and the Clinque's product (I can't remember the name). In fact, I actually prefer the Physician's Formula product because it doesn't feel so oily to me.

Q: One of the ingredients is Polyethylene. That is plastic, right?

Yes, this is plastic and it pollutes the ocean sadly enough.
