I thought that I didn't need Turmeric/Curcumin because my joints had not bothered me for several years - the amount of time I was taking T/C. So, I decided to stop taking it - not just because I had no joint pain, but also because the brand I was using upset my stomach a bit. What a mistake...not only did my knees begin to ache, but places I didn't even know I had began throbbing. I did some research and discovered that the other ingredients in Farm Haven's T/C helped with absorption and stomach upset. I've only been taking this product for a week, but the difference in my knees is almost miraculous. I have no pain whatsoever - and no stomach upset. I take 3 capsules/day and am pain-free. I've learned my lesson...I'll continue to take Farm Haven's T/C, especially if I have no pain. I think the positive that came out of this "experiment" is that I am taking a brand that works better and is easy on the stomach.UPDATE: (January)There was a web site on the top of the bottle where one could get a free bottle. Quality is a must with me and this Tumeric Brand is just that. I am a 59-year-old man now, but a couple of years ago I had a very painful thumb joint, I could barely use my thumbs, and still working this was unacceptable. A friend told me about Tumeric as an anti-inflammatory herb so I thought I would give it a try. It's crazy after having pain for over a year it started to go away after a week, and then after three weeks, I forgot all about the pain. after a couple of months, I ran out of the Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine Black Pepper and did not take it for a couple of weeks, and I noticed the pain coming back. Well, that sold me I take it religiously every day this is a great product I totally believe in it.

First of all, I have never reviewed any product on Amazon until now. I believe in this product, so I had to make others aware of its benefits. I have taken other Turmeric Curcumin in the past with little or no results until my friend at work gave me a bottle of this product to try. At first, I was very skeptical because of my past experience with the other brands I had purchased. I started taken them only because my knees were hurting so much, and I do not like taking pain medication.However, I was pleasantly surprised to note the difference in my knees and after 3 weeks my knees felt so much better. I have spread the good news to all my friends and family members and other co-workers. Moreover, anyone who wants the benefits from this product should really try this.When the capsules she gave me were finished my pain came back and that is when I realized how good they were.
