Too narrow to pic up floppy dough.

I needed a knife to spread Nutella on toast as my sons are Nutella crazy. I needed the knife to be long enough to reach the bottom of the larger jars without it going around the handle (of the knife I’m using) or cover my knuckles in the chocolatey-mess. I ordered this, which is a good item. I am aware it’s not designed for the purpose I’ve purchased it for. It’s flexible enough that if you apply pressure enough to spread room temp Nutella on to toast, it’s pretty bendy! It’s probably not going to fulfil my needs as a Nutella spreader but it will definitely be good for spreading soft butter/marg when making sandwiches for school pack up.

Does the trick but should have ordered a slightly bigger one .

I bought one of these from a garden centre years ago and have searched for more for ages so I'm delighted with them. I use them as butter knives.

Just like the previous one I ordered and it just does the buttering!
