Backcare Divan with Spring Memory Mattress, 4 Drawers and Headboard -KING SIZE (5’0)

Great great bed. Base is as u would expect but heavier than previous divans I've had. Head board looks fantastic, a bit on the wobbly side due to size and flimsy wooden battens used to connect to bed. (BTW connections for headboard are hidden - I thought been sent 2 foot ends to start with, removed drawers and saw hidden bolt holes)Drawers could do with a central support to enable them to take more weight but fine for storing bedding and the like.Mattress is fantastic too, dual sided. Memory foam on one side and orthopaedic on the other. Bed is well worth the price!!!

Lovely bed and mattress for the price, But only problem is the clips that hold the base's together underneath keeps coming off when assembling so had to buy other divan clips to hold the bases together

Was worried about buying this off line but so glad we did ! It's like a luxury bed or a very comfy hotel bed. Looks gorgeous too! Only fault we found was the back of the headboard was ripped , but it's small ish, haven't complained , they kept us informed of delivery ect, only massive complaint we have is the delivery driver , my hubby had to find all the parts in the delivery van , then my hubby carried most of it too our front door .He was quite lazy and my hubby was so angry ! I would purchase off them again the mattress is lovely , firm but nice memory foam!

The bed is low quality.Drawers do not slide smoothly.Feet are poor quality.Matress is terrible. The springs bang every time you get into it or roll over.It has lumps in the matress.We have thrown the matress away after 1 month of use.It does however look nice though.Basically theres a reason why some beds are cheap and some are expensive.We will never buy a cheap bed again.It would be 1 star but because it was so cheap i will give it 3.You cannot expect luxuary for that price but its a pretty poor bed

bed came with no instructions or no bolts for headboad, my husband had to go out and buy nuts and bolts, also headboard is too big and heavy so cannot be secured properly

Bed arrived fast and well packaged, the delivery guys carried it in and to the bedroom, the assembly took 5 minutes and its dead easy, once together it looks really stylish, the headboard is really quite tall and well padded, and the mattress has a memory foam side which is really comfy but not too firm or soft.The storage drawers are roomy and we have been able to stuff all our bedding into 2 drawers and winter coats etc in vac seal bags in the other drawers, which has emptied another cupboard ready to be filled.For the money, you wont find much better than this, really happy with the purchase.

Great customer services, broken drawer on arrival which was replaced immediately with no problem. The bed itself is as you would expect from this price range and the only problem i have is that the headboard is a little wobbly because it is so tall.

Excellent all round. We ordered the bed on Boxing day and received an automated response which said the delivery would be within 7-10 days. However, we received a call to say that the bed would be with us on New Year's eve. Great bed, really comfy mattress. We didn't realise that there are diamantes on the headboard, we thought there were black buttons. It's a really good looking bed and well made. The drawers open/close smoothly. No complaints what so ever. I would recommend this bed and company. Thank you.
