It Works!
The quality of this supplement is excellent. I started with the night time formula but switched to day time, to avoid becoming dependent on melatonin. I must say both work extremely well. My leg cramps would keep me up at night and my toes would cramp while driving. Since taking Saltwrap Mag- 3D I don't remember the last time I had a muscle cramp. I highly recommend this product.

Works!
This is rare for me to write a review but this product deserves it. I have been suffering with sciatica on my left side for a few months. Using acupuncture and massage with some Motrin. I went online to get some ideas on exercises for it and this,product popped up. I am very skeptical but I take magnesium daily and thought I would use this product as a replacement for month to see what happened. Started with 1 capsule to test if I had any negative effects but I felt ok. I now take the 3 as directed. I have been shocked and pleased to say that my sciatica is so relieved I forgot about it. I am not limping and rubbing my hip and leg all day. Haven’t taken Motrin in days and I haven’t had any foot cramps. This is working great for me.

Night time formula is more effective
Their night time formula is amazing at stopping nocturnal cramping. This new formula did not work. Definitely look for their night time formula when placing your order.

Effective, but not as much as the previous product...
Not as effective as the previous version I used -- "MAG R&R" -- which is apparently no longer available. Still works for me but does not provide the sleep support.

Use it everyday- great @ keeping legs cramps away. I recommend it.
