This is the perfect lighted mirror for me.I attached it to the mirror inside my bathroom closet. It has been there for about a month and is holding strong.I changed the position once and I did not think I would be able to remove the mirror because it was so tight.For those complaining about the suction not holding; they must be using a porous surface. Some say they attacked it to a wall. If the surface is not completely flat, I can see why it would not hold. This is not a standard suction cup. You place it where you want it then twist the piece of plastic until it clicks. I could not remove it when I wanted to! The suction is great.The light is bright. Since mine is in a closet, I have the light from my fixtures behind me and the light from the window off to the side. So the mirror lights up with plenty of light.If I was using it on the mirror right below my light fixture, I can see where it might not seem so bright.The magnification is perfect for plucking eyebrows when your vision isn’t what it used to be. It also helps to find that one annoying chin hair that was always able to hide using my regular mirror and lighting.You know we all have one... Admit it. lolIt could be better if it was just 1-2 inches bigger. But... If it was bigger I don’t think I would be able to take it on trips with us.I can’t wait to bring it on a cruise! Every ship has the crappiest lighting. I look like I am going to clown school if I put my makeup on based on what I see in the mirror instead of what I know is right.Anyway, great mirror!

This mirror is perfect! I was a little scipitical of the 10X because I normally use 15X or 20X. However, this 10X magnification on this mirror is of good quality and the light is great. I will be using this mirror now as oppose to my 20X - the 20X doesn't have the light. For the suction cup, make sure you place it on a surface that will hold it securitly. I tried to place it on my painted wall in my bathroom and it would not work. It did not suction to the painted wall. So, I put it on my super large bathroom mirror and it suctioned very quickly and with ease to this type of surface. And, you have to turn the base on the back clockwise to tighten the suction cup to the surface. For travel, it's a little larger than what I want for a travel mirror - over 6 inches in height and width but not more than 6.5 inches. So, if you are unsure, go ahead and get it - it worth the money! It takes 3 AA batteries and the on/off button is on the back. I am pleased with this purchase! Plus, I can use it for light in my bathroom during a power outage! The picture of my bathroom was taken with my bathroom lights out - but, the light of the mirror was on!

This is the second LED mirror that I've owned. The previous one lasted me about 1.5 years before it stopped working.Positives:-great suction cup-LED lighting isn't too bright nor too dull-LED strip diffuses light evenly around the mirror-magnification level is just rightNegatives:-over time, bathroom humidity will cause corrosion on the battery terminals. This will cause the mirror to stop working. I tried sealing the battery compartment lid in packaging tape to keep out the humidity; hopefully this works.Summary: I recommend this mirror and I enjoy using it for shaving almost daily. Not sealing the battery terminal is a design flaw that results in corrosion of the battery terminals over time. I feel like a an improvement to this product would be a fog resistant coating on the mirror.

Just when I was looking for! A compact,10x magnification mirror with a suction cup to attach to my bathroom mirror. Bright light. Ladies 50+, this is a good choice.

This sticks well to a mirror and a perfect size. It's easy to turn off/on with button on back and obviously seen in mirror. Excellent brightness of light, too.

Great purchase. Just what I needed

I got this mirror to shave in the shower. It sticks very well, and I'm confident that it will stay stuck until I want to move itThe light is very good, bright enough without being too bright.The thing with this mirror is that it's a bit small to shave with, and the mirror although 10x magnified, the reflection is quite distorted, making it a challenge to get a good, clean shave.

I put it on the mirror on the vanity above the sink in my bathroom and it just stays there. I can still open and close the door with it stuck to the front of the door. The light is very bright and the magnification is perfect to get a really close inspection of my face when needed. It has been stuck in the one place I first put in for like 2 months now and it holds well. I like this mirror and would recommend it to others.
