There are so many products that claim to remove skin tags, seems like half of them are scams or so slow they might as well be. So I was very skeptical when I ordered this Instaderm. Especially since the price was much less than many other products.I tried it on a skin tag under my arm and after about 3 days it was completely removed. So the product does work. and in my opinion it works very quickly.But I must say it does burn a bit, it really is an acid that actually seems to burn the skin. If you get this on any of your skin at all it will burn and leave a chemical burn. So be very careful to only apply it to the skin tag.You should also apply it 3 or 4 times per day to get quick results.The skin tag will look terrible starting the second day and on the third day it will be gone, but the skin around the area will be very red (like a chemical burn). I applied some antibiotic cream and in about three more days the skin was back to normal (with out the skin tag). So yes it hurt a bit and you might not want to use in on an exposed area. But it really does work.

I was skeptical of trying this because I’ve had moles removed before so I really didn’t think a liquid would work and everything I read said that you should use a different kind of acidic product to remove moles/skin tags. The product arrived on time, after awhile I decided it was time to try it out. I didn’t experience any burning or irritation and I could definitely tell that the size was getting smaller and smaller. It eventually just disappeared, and my skin is still even and smooth. I recommend this if you want to try something else before seeing a surgeon or dermatologist.

I had a rather large skin tag and this product took care of it in a couple weeks. It did burn and sting some but now it's gone with no trace so I'm happy with it.

Hooray! Moles are completely gone. I have had 6 moles on my body for 40+ years. I used this solution as directed at least 2x a day. The first 2 tinier moles dried up and literally fell off.within 3 days of using this product. I continued using as directed then the other 2 tiny moles dried up and fell off. Then 2 days later the medium sized moles that adorned my lower right and left jawlines each dried up and fell off. The solution makes the moles harden and dry out without pain. It stung a bit to use the solution but I think because when the solution turned white. It was cutting off the blood supply to these problem moles. Now I can wear necklaces and sweaters with higher collars. Bravo! Use this product immediately and get your freedom from pesky moles. My moles were raised off of my skin. Not sure how it works with those embedded

Facing skin tag and mole removal at a dr. office and insurance deductibles, I decided it's worth a try after reading reviews on this product. Always reluctant on reviews and trying something that I probably should go to Dr. for.Well upon receiving this bottle, I followed instructions and brushed on 7 small skin rags on my face chin area. Shaving was becoming difficult in this area. Within 3 days the tags came right off. It does have a little sting, but no big issue. I'm currently working on a stubborn mole that I've had for many years. I have seen much progress on it. I think a few more days of treatment and it will be gone.Sure have enjoyed saving those expensive Dr. bill's.

I had tried a few different treatments to get skin tags off. Nothing previously worked. I decided to try this. I was incredible surprised when it worked. I tried it on three spots, large tags, and they were gone in less than 2 weeks. I braced myself for the 12 weeks the bottle said it could take. Nope, 2 weeks and they were gone, the area has healed and there is no evidence of any tag. Might seem like a lot for one small bottle, but I barely used any to get rid of the three. using it on three more and I will be done. Great, great product. One warning. I was very casual applying it, and got it on the skin around the skin tags. That is not to be advised. They should put this on the bottle somewhere. Just apply to the skin tag and you will be good. Don't brush on the skin, it will burn.

I'm a very cynical, skeptical person. But I had a skin tag on my neck the size of a pencil eraser, and it was driving me crazy. I didn't want to see a dermatologist currently, given the pandemic. So I thought I'd take a chance on this product. I used it for 4 days, and being impatient (as well as cynical), I was starting to wonder if it would work (even though the product clearly stated that it could take several weeks to work). The skin tag had become very hard and dry, but was still there. On the evening of day 5, I touched the tag and it came off painlessly in my hands. No pain, no scarring, nothing. Nothing but smooth skin where the tag used to be. Basically, the product worked perfectly, and much faster than I had hoped. Highly recommend.
