Decent
Half of them are pretty inaccurate and will take some glue to fixthem in the right spot, but the plastic housing seems pretty good, so overall happy with them.

Innaccurate
These were not even within 5 degrees of accuracy. Most were off by about ten degrees. As I bought them with my own money for my classroom, this was very disappointing. They weren't even accurate compared to each other. Several thermometers read ten degrees lower than the rest. I did put them in warm water to try to help them 'settle', but it didn't help. A waste of money. I almost never write a negative review.

Great for class assignments
These items were purchased for a biology class in a junior high school. Our employer had a "Back to School" Donation Drive and they were requested by the classroom teacher. We received them in plenty of time. The teachers are very happy with them!

Not super precise
I used the thermometer to measure multiple beakers of identical ice water at the same time. Some of them were accurate, some were off by a few degrees, some were 10 degrees off. OK-ish for student use. Wouldn't rely on them.

At the price I paid for them I did not expect much out of these thermometers. I figured they would be off be a few degrees...but what did I get?At room temperature of around 72 degrees there was a 9 deg difference! 72 to 81 deg! When Placed outside on a cold night around 0 There was a 20 deg difference! any where from 4 to 14 with one off the chart at 24!Also the difference was not linear. Some that read high actually read lower than others!I would not find this acceptable for any experiments in any class unless it was to teach students that cheap mass produced products are often not very good.

Four Stars
Great thermometers to use in an elementary classroom setting.

Terribly cheaply made.
Glass thermometers broke away from the plastic housing IMMEDIATELY. Had to glue back in, and still worry about use with school kids.
