I didn’t expect much out of it, but it truly is an awesome desktop computer. I didn’t spec it heavy, but for what it has it’s a great machine for general purpose/server style work, and it makes zero noise and didn’t get that hot. Also, it has plenty of USB ports, and serial ports which I need. It really is a great deal.

If you looking for a simple system and it boots up very quickly. This thing is solid and fast. I had a system in a cabinet that I used to have cracked for the old tower system. Not to mention size is so much smaller and no more failing fans and noise. I'm not doing and hardcore processing but for browsing internet and some programming it works great.

This is perfect for my application but it is definitely not going to be gaming like they say it is. The processor is a 6 generation old laptop processor with onboard graphics. Also my system came with a user account configured in the system. I found that really strange. I didn’t spend a lot of time with this because I didn’t buy this to be a windows system and formatted the hard drive as soon as I verified all the hardware was correct. It is working wonderful as a firewall

This Kingdel mini computer worked as needed right out of the box. We normally use the Kingdel product for headless client projects such as small office VoIP servers and router/firewall applications. The BIOS is easy to access from boot up so we can set booting and power options as needed. We normally replace the Windows OS with a Linux based OS for the application needed. We have many of these Kingdel fanless mini computers in service and they are all running without problems.

Ok, here's what this is-a American Megatrends mother board with Win10 Pro OS with MUP key (legit that allows volume dealers to install Win10 and activate it for end users). What it doesn't come with is any documentation and individual Win10 key although they supply it later by email. My unit had a corrupt file that would not allow File Explorer windows to stay open. Messaged through Amazon the vendor who within a few hours supplied both the Win10 Key and instructions with a video how to download and reinstall the OS. Doing that and then entering the key Win10 activated Win10 Pro without an issue. After reinstalling the OS it worked perfectly. Kudos for good support and well made product. It also accepted a second SSD drive without any issue.

I needed to replace a couple PCs that had a single COM port with a PC that had multiple COM ports and was relatively small in size. I was also seeking a Windows 11 PC. This PC seemed to tick all the boxes but fell short when I brought it online as Windows 11 wouldn't activate. I tried running Windows Update because sometimes it needs to be updated first then tried activation but it still wouldn't activate. It also would not update to Windows 11 22H2, was stuck on version 21H2. When checking for TPM, Windows did not recognize one installed. After opening the case and inspecting the motherboard, there also is not a header for TPM so it is not possible to add. I give it 3 stars because it had all the things as listed in the description but Windows 11 will not activate or update.

Good quality product. This took me 3 minutes to unpack it and get it up and running. You will never ever hear it, there is no noise. Power led is dim, and will not disturb you during night time. Possibility of adding additional SSD is a plus. I get it for home project as a small "server like" computer. Have software running there 24x7, everything works fine for last month and half.

The unit looks to have been used before, Re-wrapped and boxed. Operating system was upgraded to Windows 11 months ago, so we couldn’t revert back to what was supposed to be the operating system on the description. So far the computer is working so we will not return it. This is clearly not what we were looking for.
