Ellie Herman's Pilates Springboard

I’m a new Pilates instructor and this book is wonderful!! Ellie Herman, inventor of the Spring Board, has really given so much information about the body, breathing, movement and proper Spring Board use. It’s a great book and I highly recommend it for an instructor out there or home gym enthusiast.

This book has useful info in it. Unfortunately, it does not cover very many of the exercises you can do on the cadillac. For the full information, you also have to buy her springboard book because she doesn't go over any exercises with the rollback bar or springs in the cadillac book. Her reformer book is much more in-depth and worth the money.

It is a great book to learn, Ellie Hermann knows the essentials and shows perfect Performance. For more Armwork you need the Book for Springboard because she included those exercises there.
