No, they are meant to be easy to remove so they aren't reusable but that's part of why they work well. Great for putting up decorations for each season. I still recommend them, especially good during the holiday season.

Q: Is this for indoor use only? Or can it be used outdoors?

Indoor and outdoor use, however I believe the temperature has to be above 45 (?) when you are using the deco ties outdoors, putting them up that is and then they'll stay put. The inventor of the product lives where the winter temperatures can get extremely cold.

Q: Well these stick to outside brick?

It really depends on if the surface of the brick is smooth and not porous. Most brick is porous and rough and it may not stick very well. However, brick that is smooth, or painted, can work. Also, surfaces need to be clean, dry, and above 40 degrees. Hope this helps.
